SAM Networking

SAM Networking runs five weekly groups: breakfast in Bradford and Leeds on a Wednesday, Halifax on a Thursday and Huddersfield on a Friday, a Thursday lunch group, and an online group on a Tuesday morning. All the in-person groups meet at Cedar Court hotels, which the network chose for the motorway access and the free all-day parking.

Membership is £40 a month with a meeting fee of £14 for breakfast or £15.50 for lunch, payable at the hotel and covering the room, parking, drinks and food. One business per category is admitted to each group, and members are asked to attend at least three meetings in four.

Beyond the meetings the network runs an annual business expo of 89 exhibitor stands across three rooms, a summer barbecue with a live band, a Christmas lunch, and charity fundraising that included a ball raising over £17,500. Local charities are given free membership.
